How do I get an account?
Only customers who are registered with us can shop online. Why is this? Well we mostly deal business to business and it is important that we have your information in our records and assign an appropriate price level based on the type of business/volume that your business will buy with us.

If you are a business and would like to register with us, please use the contact information above to inquire. We can usually have you set up same day.

Yes! We mostly deal in wholesale but we do have retail pricing as well.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders placed during the week from 8AM to 3PM will usually be processed same day. Orders placed after 3PM MST on a weekday are usually processed next day (as our shippers have usually picked up by this time). Orders placed after 3PM MST on a Friday or anytime on a Saturday or Sunday will usually be processed Monday morning. During busy times processing can take an additional day or two.

Routing of shipments will be made using the most economical carrier unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Shipping is calculated by weight after the order has been placed. Actual shipping charges may vary and will be confirmed via email or over the phone if requested. We do not inflate shipping more than 5% (to cover costs).

For international orders, customs and duties may be extra and are the responsibility of the customer.

If the shipping method you prefer is not found, please select "other", on the following page, in the comments box, please detail your preferred method. Customers wishing to use DHL & FEDEX must provide their own account numbers.

Do you ship to my area?
For now, Davey Textile Solutions only ships to US / Canada. If you are interested in doing business with Davey Textile Solutions and are not located in the USA or Canada, please contact dking@daveytextiles.com.
What are your business hours?
Business hours are M-F 8am through 4pm Mountain Time.
What is your back order policy?
Sometimes it is necessary to back order items that are temporarily out of stock. Unless otherwise notified, small quantities are cancelled and you will be asked to re-order. Larger quantities will be placed on backorder and are shown on your invoice in the backorder column.
